Having been in the business for many years and seeing many presentations regarding ‘Above Store Reporting’ I must say that we were somewhat skeptical as to how and if MBV could deliver the results we felt were needed to justify the expense. But from the very moment the presentation began and our Operations teams saw the ease in which you could gain real time data they were sold.
It has not only been helpful in identifying delivery opportunities, labor and scheduling gaps, complete ticket availability, product information and general sales information BUT it has helped us to identify areas where we were vulnerable to theft and in fact assisted in closing this loop hole as well. Another benefit has been our ability to utilize the Home Page to communicate with our teams in a consistent and timely manner to improve our overall performance.
In essence, MyBizView has changed the way we look at and do business. By having our teammates take 10-15 minutes daily to read the data then explore any areas of concern it provides them with an additional platform with which to challenge the results.
In closing I never thought that I would be the one to say that I’m not sure what I would do without the daily concentration of information now at my fingertips!
